My first priority in this big city was the extension of my visa as it would finish on the 14th of
April.
Immigration was far out of the city in MANDAUE CITY.
This is my 4th different place in this country
where I applied for an extention after Palawan, Manila and Zamboanga and P.P.C.
Palawan is still my favorite where it goes quick, friendly and without
any problems.
Zamboanga went quick too, but...well, you don't have to be there except for
rare cases.
In Manila it took me a whole day in long lines and very chaotic but, they were
very professional and polite.
In Cebu it took about 3 hours with most of the time just waiting
and the people there were lazy and rude.
